What we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it.
We collect only what is needed to answer your message and fulfil your order: your name, your email address, the delivery address you provide at checkout, the contents of your order and anything you choose to write in the notes or message fields. We do not ask for a telephone number and we do not collect one. Our website does not create user accounts and does not store payment card data.
Your information is used to prepare and deliver your order, to reply to your enquiry, to arrange returns or exchanges, and to keep the accounting records required by law. We do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not send marketing email unless you have explicitly asked us to.
We share delivery details with the carrier handling your parcel and, where a payment is involved, with the payment provider processing it. Both act as processors under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
We use one strictly necessary session cookie to remember what is in your shopping cart while you browse. It expires when you close your browser. Any analytics we run are aggregated and cannot identify an individual visitor.
Enquiries are kept for twenty-four months so we can pick up an old thread if you come back to us. Order records are retained for the period required by tax and consumer protection law, then deleted. Cart session data is discarded when your browser session ends.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Send the request through the contact form and we will confirm within thirty days.
The site is served over encrypted connections and form submissions are transmitted to our corporate mailbox over an authenticated SMTP channel. Access to that mailbox is limited to the staff who handle orders and enquiries.
If this policy changes we update the date at the foot of this page and, for material changes, we describe what changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Questions about this policy, or a request relating to your data, should be sent to [email protected] or through the contact form. Registered address: Viaduktová 57/8, 737 01 Český Těšín, Czech Republic. This policy was last updated on 01 November 2026.
